Nobody will do anything I report the same problem so many times and nobody do nothing this guy building on 12 Hillside Ave. gets away with everything

i know i also sent message to the city officials, no response to any complaints. is a really mess for everyone. besides being a mess a so dangerous due to the ice.

The Engineering Dept. is working with the owner's engineer who is designing a solution to this problem. Once designed, the City will review, make changes if necessary then approve. The owner will then implement the solution. The owner will be held appropriately responsible for the situation at this location

Additionally, we understand the concerns and the need for urgency in this case and have expressed this to the owner.

The owner has installed a stormwater collection system for this property and has also restored a similar existing system nearby to proper function. Flooding (and icing) of the street should be rectified but it will not be confirmed until wet weather has returned. The Engineering Dept. will continue to monitor going forward for the foreseeable future.
