Am I understanding this correctly?? Are you saying that when you are going from Rt 86, and going to Girdled, that the traffic from 86 South has to yeild?? No no no! You are changing your flow of traffic on to another street, you must first: make sure you are using your turn signal, and second: Make sure you have a clear line of travel moving from 86 on to Girdled. You do NOT have the right of way going from 86 to Girdled.
