Hello,

Would it be possible to come into your yard to have a better look at the tree? The City would like assess the health and condition of the tree as well as the steepness of the slope and access.

No problem at all. In order to actually touch that tree, a person would either need to climb over the fence on the western lot line (fairly easy to do), or access from the yard owned by my neighbor to the north.
