Captains Galley still owes taxes 2008,2009,and 2010 = 24,803.12. Can not find anything after that.

Eyesore, I am embarrassed when I have visitors to my home in WH. At least know them down and make a nature reserve or park.

I agree, knock the property down and have some nice, niche restaurants(suggestion copy Milford)

Captain's Galley is not a site for a restaurant (basement floods) - could it be a small Audobon Center because bird sanctuary is across the street? Debonaire should have been converted to small boardwalk-friendly shops long ago (ice cream, pet boutique, place to buy beach toys and gear, local crafts, etc.). Sam Gejdensen bought the property but has not done anything with it and of course a fire broke out. Of course many of us have great ideas for the potential in this town, but seems we are just a mecca for more hair salons, bars and rent-a-centers. On the side, what's with people buying up property like the Johnny's Grille block on Campbell and the savin Rock Parkade and -- they're vacant?

I am embarrassed to say that I live on Beach St. !! Born & raised in WH in West Shore. It saddens me to see what Beach St. has become. Maybe our Mayor can meet with Milford's Mayor and discuss how Milford turned into the beautiful town it is today. We have to start somewhere instead of going backwards.
