Description
I want to remove a large (cottonwood?) tree which is uphill from my home. The tree is large enough and close enough to be a danger to my house. I believe the tree is located on the public right of way which is directly behind my home and in front of several vacant lots which are situated further up the hill. I need help determining if the city will pay for this removal, or if I need a permit to hire a licensed person to do this work.
