Turning right onto Kennedy Dr. From Winsted Rd. There is a major bone shaker section of bad pavement around a manhole cover approx. 100 feet from the intersection.

that corner has been bad for years, I personally think if Torrington street department or the state of Connecticut DOT don't (or refuse) to repair this corner, WE should hold the city and the state
responsible for damages and repairs to our vehicles.
