Description

Whenever a train passes all lights turn red then defaults to cross traffic first. If a 2nd train passes the parallel traffic has to wait another cycle. Sometimes there is a 3rd train before parallel traffic finally gets a green light.

The light should let parallel traffic pass when train is going through. Multiple trains can cause large backups.
