Description

There is trash, cans, bottles etc. in the back yards and woods from the drainage water behind the residences. Even after cleaning it up, more garbage is back the next day. I don't know if someone is dumping trash in the drain water or what, but there is a constant accumulation that is unsightly and devaluing our properties. I've only been a resident here for a month but I'm surprised this hasn't been brought up before and resolved.
