Description
There are no convenient crosswalks across Georgia Avenue, making it dangerous for students crossing to get to and from the Law School and for visitors going to Coleman Hill. Currently, drivers speed past these areas without watching for pedestrians. A crosswalk with ample signage would increase safety.

I see visitors trying to scurry across Georgia to get to Coleman hill from the Hay House.
Neighbors and visitors on Georgia, Bond, Orange and Hill Park would benefit from a crosswalk to safely cross over Georgia- in order to walk towards downtown from the Coleman Hill side of Georgia Avenue. That intersection at the bottom corner of Coleman Hill - where Spring and Georgia meet - can be pretty scary to negotiate due to the terrain and traffic speeds.

BTW, Another spot where pedestrians could benefit from drivers going at little slower is at the corner of Georgia and College taking that corner going downtown off College.
