Thanks for the note. Private lots are handled by the dept whose facility they serve or are assigned to General Services. I have copied the appropriate partied. I understood that the lot had been reviewed by the dept and the mnt needs logged.

The signs were fixed. The other problems, such as the downed bollards, tree stumps in planters, weeds, the damaged pool house roof and related issues persist.

The city has undertaken some repairs to the facility. The parking signs have been fixed, the entrance cleaned, the dangling roofing metals removed, the branches picked up, and the grass mowed. The city has not, however, fixed the broken bollards featured in the photos.

Many, but not all, of the repairs were made, which in Alexandria counts as success. The city has cut the grass, repaired the damaged roofing, straightened the signs, fixed potholes, planted flowers, weeded the sidewalk areas, and made a few cosmetic improvements. Some of the more challenging problems remain, however. For example, the damaged bollards, which are shown in the picture below, are still damaged and lying on the ground. While the city and should do more, the small repairs improve this aging facility.
