Description

Too many of the commuter parking spaces in the Park and Ride lot are being consumed by the hospital parking. Attendants there working for the hospital are blocking open spaces with cones (or even with their persons) to prevent commuters from parking in open spaces and catching the bus. More spaces at this lot need to be reserved for customers paying for parking permits and NOT for the hospital.
