The CoH is replacing and improving the sewer lines from homes along our street in the Old Sixth Ward without adequate notification to homeowners.
I was fortunate to be home when workers arrived and that I speak adequate Spanish to understand what was going on, but my immediate neighbors have not been home yet work proceeded onto the properties without notification.
The City of Houston needs to inform homeowners prior to these important repairs such that people don't Judy come home to find their yards torn up and excavation equipment parked on driveways.
