I reported the exact same thing a few weeks ago, the same stuff is still there

When I've reported other dumpings in this exact area, most times its been taken care of. One time recently the response fr Click Fix connection with appropriate city person was that it was not a public road, that they could not do anything about it and that Wind River should be contacted. This is not true. This road has a double yellow line (although faded) in the area along the Encinal Basin. I believe it is also the road that is in the plans to extend . It is not part of Wind River's parking lot as some other road passages are.

Does anyone know what PW Admin KB stands for as official assigned to this dumping ? I would like to call them .
