Description

This same car parks regularly in NO PARKING sign. This spot keeps emergency vehicles from exiting a seniors home. The last time(last week) that I sent a 311 report, the response was " no action taken due to no parking enforcement available"!!!!!!!! Come on...Please ticket this jerk! Across from 1611 Marion NW
