Issue acknowledged - assigning to Technical Services

As Lake Street resident, I completely agree. The potholes are re-patched multiple times per year but every time there's a heavy rain it all washes away. The whole west side of Lake Street is disintegrating and the street is getting narrower.

RFS 14958 assigned. If received outside of normal business hours, we will investigate this issue on the next business day.

Per Technical Services street is not scheduled to be repaved within the next five years. We will continue to fill potholes.

Ive reported this multiple times. Road is narrowing. Maybe it needs to be moved up on the pacing schedule.
