about 5 years ago, a house across the street was in foreclosure and sold to someone who made it a HALFWAY HOUSE - in our RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD. Aside from constant screaming, yelling, fights and commotion, as well as a sudden wave of burglaries and thefts, car break-ins and strangers lurking around houses and peekling into windows ( I bought 2 more dogs and had to put up a tall fence), it goes on like a beehive- their 'visitors' ( medical transport, hospital transport, doctors, caseworkers,social workers, their friends), come and go form 5:30 am until late at night. They not only find it OK to stay in their vehicles and HONK incessantly until their 'targets' finally come out to them, but they also, curiously, love to TAKE OUR PARKING SPORTS IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSES, to go ACROSS THE STREEET. When we ask them to park in front of THEIR place , in front of where THEY VISIT, we get an arrogant laugh and " there is no designated parking on the road". I can only assume they don't want the police to see exactly which house they are in. What a mentality! WE LIVE HERE. I had to, more than once, walk a block back and forth to get my groceries in the house, had to walk a block to get my laundry in and out. WHY? It just can't be that rude, selfish bullies and illmannered, inconsiderate folks can ellbow us away from parking in front of OUR OWN houses!
