Yes! This entire area has been ridiculous for a long time now. Neighboring blocks are also steadily becoming the same way. There must be a complete sweep of this area and regular patrols to ensure it doesn't return (as it always does). It is almost impossible to walk through the area on 15th AND 16th now!

I posted the original notice, and I can say that that blocked no longer has an encampment and the sidewalks been cleared. Diestadt, if you want to post a new notice about where they've relocated, go for it, but this issue is, in fact, resolved.
