Description

There is often a group of men gathered with bikes on sidewalk (bikes parked on sidewalk =illlegal?) and active drug deals from only this house on Hubinger street! i think the house number is 75. please monitor this house, police!

NHPD - how can those of us in the neighborhood who want this gone help clean up this problem. The picture shows clear evidence of activity that we don't need.
