Description

The Third Ave Tot Lot playground is in a dangerous state of neglect and disrepair. We visited yesterday, April 10, 2017 and noted the following problems: Rusted, cracked play structure; litter everywhere, including cigarette butts; a large tree branch on the ground; broken fence; missing gate; weeds; full trash cans; cracked swings; missing sand/mulch making play equipment too high off the ground; and weeds and grass clippings left on the ground. Why is this playground neglected when other Richmond City Tot Lots are taken care of?
