Description

The storm drains outside my house are severely clogged. Every time it rains the water collects in the yard and ditches in my neighborhood. The pond behind my sub overflows into back yards and it takes weeks for the water to drain/evaporate. Each spring when the snow melts this water takes all spring to disappear. The water sits waiting to be evaporated and absorbed into the earth because the drains show little to no movement. These drains need to be cleaned and maintained.
