Thank you for keeping up the pressure. Tons of money spent on everything except sensible solutions. They have all the money they want for expensive Consultants, Reports, Meetings, etc., but when it comes to constructing units for Homeless people, they can't move one centimeter. I guess their heartfelt sympathetic compassionate policy is: "We'll Just Do Nothing and Eventually, They'll All Die and The Whole Problem Will Go Away and By Then I'll Be Re-elected Anyway." This is a Public Health problem they have ignored.

I might add I was not referring to the homeless, but the dumping, mess, rats, needles and total mismanagement of this situation by the city. I was making a request to the city, not asking a homeless person to move along. I was reminding the city that impeding taxpayers way to work isn't prudent.
