Driving EAST bound coming from Oak Knoll and down past Sequoia hospital to the intersection of Whipple and Alameda traffic light. The traffic light will NOT change to GREEN going EAST bound direction anytime before 6am. ONLY if another vehicle is driving WEST bound approaching Alameda de las Pulgas is stopped at the light, it will trigger the South bound and North bound light to change and allow my traffic light change to GREEN. I have sat behind other vehicles waiting for this light to change more than a dozen times.
