This issue seems to have gone as far as one dept transferring it to another dept.
Is there any way for me to track this so it does not go into a black hole?

When the dpw transfers an issue to the gas dept does the dpw follow up on the issue or does the dpw assume something will be done?

Since trucks are slamming through this thing daily what is the gas companies time line, next week/month/year?

It seems that something has been done as I no longer hear the racket when trucks go through the area.
