Looks like the ramp meter on the entrance ramp to GA400 (from Old Milton Parkway) has been activated again this week and is doing nothing bu causing traffic problems (defeating the purpose). There's no traffic on GA400 northbound at Old Milton at 4:30-4:45pm when I arrive there, but the traffic on the on ramp backs up all the way up the ramp and all the way down Old Milton for a long way due to the meter being turned on. I submitted this same issue in Feb. 2017 and was told by y'all that I needed to call the Ga. DOT (which I did). They told me this wasn't a state issue, but that I needed to contact the City of Alpharetta, so I'm back with y'all. The ramp meter doesn't need to be turned on when traffic on GA400 moving at a steady pace without traffic.
