Now that Codes and the Police have talked with him, he leaves the yard at 0400 and comes home around 1730. He stays away during regular business hours. He sits in a plastic chair on the southwest corner of the property while his dog is tied up near his car. He has no toilet facilities, no electricity and no running water, yet he lives out of his car on a vacant lot, while dodging Codes and community police.

He is back all the time and his dog is skin and bones. How long does it take to get some kind of action?

He is still camped out there ! Watched him washing up like he was in his bathroom from my backyard ! Cant believe this he is parked on grass and that is against codes why no ticket ? Everybody else. Gets one !

I believe he is now sleeping in a van parked on the property. It’s been there for several days now. 2/27/18

The yard has turned into a dumping ground with rats running in and out of the shed.

He is there right now, guess he knows how to play the system (8:57 pm)
