For the last week I have noticed that all the street lights along N Tacoma Avenue between N First Street and at least N Fifth Street have been out creating a very dangerous situation for pedestrians trying to cross this busy arterial at night. It would be suicide for a disabled person! Why have these street lights been out for over a week now and isn't the City concerned about injuries and it's liability in such situations if someone is injured in a car accident or hit a pedestrian in the dark?.
