I am very disappointed at how you handled this issue,I am a very good citizen and am always trying to help my neighbors and City.I didn't know when yard waste pickup starts so I made enquiries about it,and what do I get, a Blight Ticket. I love that we have code enforcement ticketing homeowners for blight, but I'm the last one that has blight.I just think that you could have left me a note saying thank you for your concern but yard waste starts on April 21 and you can't put them out before 24 hrs of pickup.Yard waste bags are at the curb all over my neighborhood ,I wonder did they all get blight tickets?.Please reply!
