No the crotch rocket riders don't live there ...just store their bikes in the garage. Haven't heard them in a while so maybe they have found something else to do.

No need to violate personal property rights! if you want to live in a place that dictates what color you can paint your front door then move to a HOA neighborhood. This person has a right to have a Broken car in their yard.

In their yard, sure, if they wanna be trashy go for it. However for a long time it was blocking the road/alley, then it's a problem. I guess I'd just like to think people would have some pride in where they live, Pottstown is proving otherwise.

cars are gone... but the entire alley way is still full of trash... because garbage company... drops the stuff and leave it where it fell...
