Today is day 43, I am beginning to fear my comrades at public works have all but forgotten about me. The neighborhood children have finally accepted me as one of their own, but they know I have come from somewhere else. I long for the day that the other cones work together to bring me home!

CSL administration does not know how to schedule work or to provide feedback. They people are good, but lack the maintenance planning knowledge, and the ability to say

We plan that repair on "such and such a day", and it will be completed in 3 days hence.

If there is a delay or advancement, we will advise.
