I also live on Rosewood Drive and definitely agree that speed humps are DESPERATELY NEEDED. People fly up & down this road all the time. I have seen them going as fast as 50 mph. The parking on both sides of the street is not bad in front of people's houses, but lately there has been a black BMW parked on the side of the road, not in front of anyone's home, right at the first curve of Rosewood Drive and my neighbor saw the man that drives it get out & walk across the street to the "Grove" apartments.

Who makes the decision and how long does this take? Is there someone I/we could contact (county executive, etc?) in order to have this issue resolved as soon as possible? Every morning when I take my granddaughter to school I sit in the car and watch people speeding up and down, sometimes narrowly missing sideswiping other vehicles - even the one I am sitting in! This is happening on a daily basis and not only in the morning but throughout the day and evening!

I need to know who I can contact about the illegally parked car causing a lot of issues on Rosewood Drive. It's a balck BMW, license plate 317 7Z6. He does NOT live on our street. He lives in the Grove Apts across Edgewood Road.

I will forward the issue with the illegally parked car to the Sheriff's Department for investigation. In the future should other concerns of this nature arise you can contact the Sheriff's non-emergency number at 410-838-6600.
