Do you mean it's happening at both of these houses? Have you called the police during one of these parties?

OK, so I checked with neighbors who live near these addresses. They report loud late-night parties (often on week nights) at 406-18th (NOT 410 or 416). You need to call the police next time they are disturbing the peace of our neighborhood - I think that's the only way to get results. If reported on SeeClickFix, what can the police do? They need to see/hear/observe a party in progress...
