You can see where the asphalt is coming away exposing what appears to be the original gutter. Children and elderly neighbors have tripped over areas like this when they are playing and walking outside. This is just one example but spots like this are up and down our street. Additionally water will pool in these spots after it rains

While inspecting at Nottingham Way, please check/patch cracking in concrete rain gutter at 4658 Roundhill Rd., potential driving/ safety issue if not repaired in time.

I have inspected Nottingham way. There is approximately 1300 LF of concrete swell that needs to be removed and replaced. Ed Riddle said, this is a project for Storm drain division. I have made Brandon Love aware, their services are needed. Thank you

Is there a timeline for when the project will be completed and how it will be done? Originally concrete was there but at some point it was covered with asphalt. Will it be replaced with the original concrete to match the rest of the neighborhood? My concern is that it has taken over a year for it to get to the point and now every time it rains toxic asphalt that contains petroleum is going into the natural creek that dumps into the Patapsco river. The county has removed a pile of asphalt from in front of the drain a month ago but another pile is back as well as large chunks going into the creek. Also, per the superintendent the sewer opening was deemed too large and he put in a separate work order for that but nothing has been done. Is the plan to take care of both of these issues at one time?

A time line has not been determined but our office, Capital Projects Office, has determined to repair curbing and roadway once funding is available. thank you

Russ - Our driveway is been damaged as a result of the issue with the drain. Who can I speak to about this issue?
