Description

I have lived in my home since 2002 and the entire time the property at 314 Piney Point Road Pasadena has been vacant and steadily deteriorating. This property is an eyesore to our community and is detrimental to our property values. Not to mention the possibility of children entering the property and getting hurt – it is open to casual entry.
