There is plenty of litter on this property. Very recently, someone dumped food from containers and left the containers. There are used diapers on the property as well. The smell from the rotted food and the sight of dirty diapers are quite unappealing and does not fit the landscape of the neighborhood. Please check.

06/08/17 Property has been cleaned.

This property has not been cleaned. The same issues exist. It seems that cleaning or something has been going on where the house once stood, however, the landscaping, tall grass, tall weeds, trash, etc is just getting worse (see photo). What was cleaned cannot even be seen. The yellow police tape still hangs from the trees (see photo). This property still is in need of serious care.

From the pictures above, you can clearly see the police tape on trees, plus used diapers, containers, cans, etc are still on this property. It has not been cleaned as stated above.

06/09/17 The owner has cleaned up a massive amount of trash. The grass and other issues will being handle as he brings the property into compliance.

On 08/14/17, I re-inspected the property. The grass was cut and the trash was cleaned. This complaint is now closed
