Description

The restaurant at 270 Grand Street placed a NO PARKING ANYTIME sign to hold a place for the owners car. The lot is never use as a parking lot. It is use for outdoor dining for the restaurant. Please have him remove the sign if they do not have a permit for parking driveway. Is it a legal driveway? Can a driveway have two purposes, driveway and restaurant?
