The crosswalk infront of the Meritage Apts.and Sterling Apts. need repainting. Needs the yellow arrows repainted,For SAFETY concerns,I have witnessed accidents occur at this location.Drivers drive very fast way above speed limit. You might also consider putting up a neon green sign for notification that there is a crosswalk ahead North and South just like the ones at Curtola Parkway. Napa County even states state law requires drivers to stop. Women, children the elderly use yhis crosswalk. Rents in the apartment complex are very high. We ask for the City of Vallejo to improve maintenance on streets.
