Description

The owner of the property does not maintain it. He has allowed the renters to leave trash and old furniture on the front porch and in the front yard. The front yard issue was reported several weeks ago and has been resolved. (see https://seeclickfix.com/issues/3310489) However, the front of the house is still a problem. Lots of litter and old furnishings.

The owner is Emil Breckling, bluebirdrealty@bellsouth.net, phone: 919-795-1537. It would be nice if he maintained the property according to the City's ordinances.
