Description

This area is littered with broken concrete, bricks, concrete with exposed metal, metal with sharp edges, rags, water hoses, bathroom tile, and lumber. This area has been turned into a dump site by the owner of this property. After speaking to someone with the City of Clinton I was informed this was allowed. Based on Chp. 11 Sec. 11-6 of the code of ordinances the items on this property are not allowed. I feel this is decreasing the values of homes close to the dump site and is a safety issue for children and animals.
