Lights for 14th ave crossing international are not changing to green in a sensible time - causing large backups on 14th ave. Common wisdom among frequent drivers in the neighborhood is that someone needs to run the red in order to trigger the light to change and sure enough you see a lot of frustrated drivers running the red after sitting for a few minutes. There was major work done at the intersection recently - maybe the pressure plates to trigger the light aren't working? Also noticed that pedestrians triggering the walk sign cause all lights in all directions to turn red for an extended period of time - that might have something to do with it as well. Please adjust the timing of the lights - thank you!
