Descripción

"Repair" work was done on sidewalk in front of the Old German on Ashley Street leaving uneven asphalt along the edge and a very unsightly and sloppy appearance. Work digging also cause a basement storage area in GrizzlyPeak/Old German to flood. This is the second time that repair work in this area has caused this storage area to flood.

A lot of issues from this summer and earlier are suddenly being closed without explanation. Has anything been done about this issue? Or is one of the people who sign in under the Ann Arbor Admin account just closing a bunch of issues that they've ignored since the summer? If something has been done, please explain what. Otherwise, stop closing issues that have not been resolved.

We apologize for closing this issue without more detail. The patch of asphalt at this location was put in by a DTE contractor following a utility grade for a nearby streetlight. We will be reaching out to the contractor to find out when they will return to put in a permanent repair. Unfortunately we don't have a time frame for when this might be completed.
