In regards to the property at 1231 Minerva Ct NW,this house has no furnace or ducts,wiring in the kitchen caught on fire while the last renters lived,the fire dept.came out at that time. There has been no water on for over 3 years,and the soil pipe has a huge crack,which leaks out of the house when people use water from the park or they steal it from our faucet outside. It then runs onto our side walk. I Taxes haven't been paid in years and no matter what the owners say,they have no intentions or money to fix it up to code. John & Melissa Tulley are the owners. Police have been here several times because the owners claim they don't know who's staying there. The people who stay there use candles for light at night and since our houses are about 6 feet apart,it's frightening to think the house could go up in flames while we sleep.
