Description

The children in LochHaven are driving unlicensed vehicles down to the marina , the go cart pictured is so low to the ground and without any headlights I personally almost hit him coming around a corner The golf carts and ATV vehicles being used now are over loaded with children - there is NO grown ups in site monitoring these children.
