Description

School street in Framingham is a popular road for motorists and pedestrians. The road itself is in great condition but the sidewalks are very difficult to navigate with a child in a stroller or an adult in a wheel chair. The curbs do not dip where the road intersects with another. So you have to attempt to 'pop' the kid over the curb and not wipe out.
Danforth street recently received a wonderful sidewalk overhaul. Im guessing the new development spawned the enhancement. Without question School Street is a heavily traveled road for motorists and pedestrians, significantly more so than Danforth.
If there is a sidewalk refinishing 'to do list' can School Street please please be added as a high priority? For the sake of safety?
Thank you.

Q. Please provide details for your request
A. Sidewalk curbs do not dip at crossroads and very difficult to traverse with a stroller, let alone a wheelchair.
