The junk is still sitting at the curb tonight. This kind of thing usually only takes a day or two to address but it is 2 weeks now. Can you please have this taken care of soon. It is unsightly just sitting there.

This has been going on too long. The furniture junk pile is still sitting at the curb. Waste Management could have hauled it away by now. This kind of behavior by neighbors lowers our property values as well as makes our neighborhood look like a junk yard for visitors. I know you asked for my patience in the last acknowledgement but can you please explain why my patience needs to be exercised when in the past this kind of issue was taken care of expeditiously? These are renters and I am sure they have no concern about the presentation our neighborhood makes.
