Description

Construction debris, materials, and various items strewn about the front yard giving the appearance that there is interior and or exterior renovation/building if some sort being performed at this residence. The general condition of the exterior in the front and rear is deplorable. There is an active utility permit UT16-00992 however there is no active building permit.
