The value of the houses are already lower considering it's a neighborhood full of college students renting them out. I happen to know the residences of this house and they are great girls. There is only three of them in the house and it is not over occupied. Their friends park there sometimes over night this way they don't drive home drunk. If you ask me I think the girls are being very responsible. Which would you prefer a car parked on the lawn for a day or a drunk driver driving through your neighborhood?
