This building was originally tagged on Dec 8th. Nothing was done about it, and over the Christmas holiday it was re-tagged twice with competing gangs. The owners did a terrible job of painting over it on 12/29, and it was tagged again (as in picture) on the evening of 12/29-morning of 12/30. This is what happens when you delay cleaning it up in a timely manner. I'm very disappointed in the service in our neighborhood in the month of December. It was also very poor service-wise last December. Please let us know why there have been such terrible delays!
