At or near this address there is an old spa blocking the sidewalk and protruding into 38th Av. This has been like this for well over a month now and I'm sure hundreds of city employees and their supervisors have passed it and there it still is. Sanitation stops and collects the garbage twice a week and apparently the driver can't muster up the energy to alert his superiors. Have a little pride in your work for crying out loud.
