Description

Work is being done on the water pipes outside my property. Water was turned off without notification last week, with no indication of when it would be turned back on. Today, in turning on another sink in the house, this came out of my faucet. Shouldn't there be some sort of notification that we should be paying close attention to our water at this time? The city is doing a poor job of giving us any notification. Should I be concerned for the well-being of my showerheads and washing machine filters at this time? What is the city's policy for notifying us of water shut off's?
