Description

Unsightly property on the corner of Millbank and Brighton Streets. Broken and unusable above ground pool in front yard will surely be a breeding ground for insects. Car in yard that has no engine and hasn't moved in over a year. PLEASE do something about this property that has been reported multiple times before with no noticeable action taken.
